Equipment and services
The houses are equipped with:
- Bed linen and towels.
- Washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
- Cooking utensils, crockery, tablecloths, and napkins.
- Cleaning utensils: 1 kitchen paper roll, scrubber, cloths, liquid soap, 6 dishwasher tablets, mop, broom, shovel, 4 garbage bags, 3 toilet paper rolls.
- Small appliances: toaster, blender, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso (without capsules), juicer, microwave with broiler (no oven), TV, WiFi, stereo, and DVD in the two large houses.
- Firewood for the fireplace and the barbecue, matches, and 4 fire-starting cubes.
- Reserved parking area.
Bed linen, towels, and tablecloth replacement (only for stays longer than one week).
Not included in the price:
Extra cleaning service: price 15 € / hour. It includes the cleaning of the kitchen, the dining room, and the bathrooms. This service must be hired (from Monday to Friday) at least one week before the arrival. During the cleaning service the house must be empty.
